1) Scope
ECLAIRA operates as a factory-verified distributor. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2) Ordering & Payment
- Orders are processed once payment is authorized.
- Orders may enter inspection immediately after placement.
3) Factory MOQ Compliance
Certain products are released only in batch volumes. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) must be met before release..
4) Pricing & Discounts
- Prices reflect verified batch costs and may change without notice until checkout.
- Factory-tier discounts activate only after the relevant MOQ is met.
- Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated on the product page.
5) Verification & Inspection
All verified products undergo internal inspection and documentation. Orders may be placed on hold if inspection flags require review.
6) Fulfillment & Delivery
- U.S. Warehouse: typical delivery 5–7 business days after processing.
- Global Warehouse: typical delivery 7–14 business days after processing.
- Timeframes are estimates and may vary by batch, carrier, and destination. Tracking will be provided when available.
7) Risk of Loss
Risk transfers to the buyer upon carrier acceptance. Claims for transit damage must be filed with the carrier; ECLAIRA will assist with documentation where possible.
8) Returns & Exchanges
Verified series items are final sale once inspection has begun.
Quality issues must be reported in writing within 14 hours of delivery with photos/video of the unopened shipment and item condition.
9) Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if inspection has not started. Once inspection begins or MOQ is locked, the order is non-cancelable.
10) Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks are a breach of these Terms. ECLAIRA may provide inspection and delivery records to the processor and seek recovery of costs.
11) Intellectual Property
All content, marks, and materials on the site are owned by ECLAIRA or its licensors. No license or right is granted except to place orders via the site.
12) Compliance and Use
Buyer represents that products will be used, marketed, and resold in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECLAIRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the order at issue.
14) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Disputes will be handled in [Insert state/country]. Buyer agrees to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in those courts. You may be required to attempt informal resolution before filing.
15) Changes to Terms
